Our client is an established nursing home operator offering residential and dementia care for seniors, supported by a team delivering quality healthcare and daily living assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the nursing team to deliver safe and quality care to residents.
  • Oversee clinical standards, infection control, and compliance with MOH and nursing home regulations.
  • Manage staffing needs, including scheduling, training, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and caregivers to provide holistic resident care.
  • Monitor residents' health conditions, care plans, and medical needs, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Participate in audits, quality improvement projects, and policy implementation.
  • Foster a positive, teamwork-oriented culture within the home.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Nursing with valid SNB registration.
  • At least 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Strong knowledge of eldercare, chronic disease management, and nursing home workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for elderly care and staff development.
  • Candidate with more years of relevant experience may be considered for senior position

Salary: $8,500

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Working Location: Central
