Company Overview:
Right-Hand Cybersecurity is dedicated to transforming the security awareness training industry by breaking away from outdated, compliance-driven approaches. We integrate with leading third-party security technologies, such as endpoint security (e.g., Crowdstrike), email security (e.g., Mimecast or Abnormal), and SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk). By harnessing real-time security alerts, we create dynamic end-user security training that addresses real-world threats and fosters a proactive security culture.
Role Overview: As an R&D Integration Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in researching, documenting, and coordinating with integration partners to expand our security technology ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with our internal engineering team to facilitate smooth integration and functionality of third-party security solutions, positioning you at the intersection of security technology and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on third-party security providers, their APIs, and integration opportunities.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and integration requirements.
- Work closely with our engineering team to support the development and implementation of integrations.
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to gather information, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in the security technology space.
Requirements:
- Technical acumen with a solid understanding of security technologies, APIs, and integration processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent research and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
