Position: Warehouse Execusive
Working Hour: 5.5 Days (Mon -Fri 8:30AM-5:30PM / Sat 8:30AM-12.30PM)
location: Senoko S Rd, Singapore 758096
Job Responsibility:
- To key in warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System /Inventory system accurately and timely. Keep the SAP system up to date daily.
- Process sales orders daily.
- Receive, move, check, and store incoming goods and current in-stock goods.
- Support warehouse and inventory management activities.
- Managing bar coding, tag and label of the inventory/ stocks.
- Dispatch delivery orders to the operations crew.
- To perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangement.
- Perform stock take reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory
- To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handling equipment servicing records etc.
- Ensure all the Store's area and storage are upkeep, clean and tidy, all walkways are free from clutter.
- Perform other related duties as required by the Operations and Warehouse departments.
Requirement:
- Familiar with SAP Inventory System
- Must with forklift License
- Must Read and write Mandarin and Normal English
