Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and support sales objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical prowess, with a strong understanding of the Singaporean digital landscape and international market trends. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital innovation and possess a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy & Planning:Develop, execute, and optimize robust digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, brand positioning, and sales targets.
    Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
    Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the automotive or relevant industry.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):Lead SEO efforts (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
    Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) from keyword research and ad copy creation to bidding strategies and performance analysis.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM):Develop and implement social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive conversions.
    Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community management.
    Manage paid social media campaigns for targeted reach and lead generation.
  • Content Marketing:Strategize, develop, and manage a content calendar that includes engaging and SEO-friendly content (e.g., blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, case studies) for various digital channels.
    Ensure content aligns with brand voice and target audience needs.
  • Email Marketing:Design, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, automated flows) to nurture leads and retain customers.
    Manage CRM integration for personalized communication.
  • Website Management & Analytics:Oversee website content updates, user experience (UX) enhancements, and performance monitoring.
    Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools to track, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and key metrics.
    Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:Implement strategies to increase lead generation through various digital channels.
    Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, call-to-actions, and user flows to improve conversion rates.
  • Reporting & ROI:Regularly report on digital marketing performance, providing clear insights, KPIs, and recommendations to senior management.
    Manage and track digital marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team, product development, and management to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
    Potentially manage relationships with external agencies or vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads certification preferred), SMM, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Singaporean digital landscape, consumer behavior, and local market trends.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
