Job Scope:

  • Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documentations

  • Able to communicate well and liaise with the relevant authorities

  • Ensure timely submission of drawings, material samples

  • Plan, coordinate and schedule on site activities

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by senior engineers

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related discipline

  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes in Singapore

  • Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD)

  • Strong technical drawing skills
