Key Responsibilities:

  • GNC Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and validate advanced GNC algorithms for underwater platforms, prioritizing accuracy and reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering cohesive system development aligned with project and business objectives.
  • System Analysis and Troubleshooting: Conduct analytical assessments to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Risk Management: Balance performance, cost, and risk by identifying technical risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to standards, regulations, and contractual requirements, maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Degree in Control Engineering or related field, with proven experience in complex system design, integration, and validation.
  • GNC Proficiency: Deep knowledge of control theory, state estimation, and sensor fusion techniques.
  • Modeling and Simulation: Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and working knowledge of C/C++.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage trade-offs between performance, cost, and risk.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Since this project requires government security clearance only talents eligible for CAT 1 clearance will be considered.
