Job Title: Scrum Master (Implementation Phase)

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Support the development team in achieving their goals by removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and principles throughout the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.Act as a servant-leader to the Agile team, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master, with at least two full-cycle Agile implementation projects managed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
