**Responsibilities**:
1. Secretarial Support
- Manage director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the director and the team by acting as a point of contact and maintain open communication with team members and collaborators
- Support on ad-hoc personal tasks when required
2. Client acquisition and management
- Calling of new prospects
- Following up with prospects
- Assisting on claims submission and general enquiries
**Job Requirements**:
- Strong organization skills, meticulous and responsible.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Google Suite
- Able to start work immediately
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
