Singapore Pathlight School Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) Full time

**Strategic Partner Relations**:
Lead and develop key touch points for partner engagement, including but not limited to:

- Maintaining an active partner database with key programmes for each group of stakeholders
- Coordinating and hosting visits of key partners
- Represent ARC/Pathlight in external events
- Manage Community Projects in support of the engagement strategy
- Plan, organize and execute all outreach & public education events, activities and initiatives to increase autism awareness
- Oversee and coordinate Corporate and Volunteer Management Programmes

**Fundraising**:
To plan, lead, implement and manage fund raising activities and community outreach projects including but not limited to:

- Recruit donors and sponsors for fundraising events, community outreach projects and other initiatives
- Market events to both public and organisations to garner support for the projects / events
- Provide timely reports on project progress and donation statistics
- Engage in networking events in expanding network and collaboration with various stakeholders
- Manage media relations and press release activities pertaining to pre and post of all fund raising activities and community outreach projects
- Ensure all fundraising projects are in accordance to charity code of governance
- Manage and ensure effective and efficient use of resources
- Drive and implement the donor management system

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing Communications or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate communications, strategic partner engagement, community engagement, fundraising
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strategic, creative thinker
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment with people of various management levels
- Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges
- Have the desire and passion to serve the special needs community
