Trade and Risk Executive

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prepare position report for commodities.
- Prepare the MTM PNL report on daily basis.
- Prepare schedules for tracking of trades, pricing, provisional pricing, final pricing.
- Liaise with system support for irregularities in reports.
- Ensure all data entries are performed on timely basis.
- Support Risk Manager in preparation of schedules for Management.
- Ensure the hedging contracts and invoices send on time.
- Liaise with the Traders for the trade confirmation & KYCs
- Perform other ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma or Professional certification in Accounting.
- Fresh graduate or Experience with at least 1 to 2 years in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience working in a Trading Company (Commodities) is an advantage.
- Good skills in in MS office, Agiblock, Power BI is an added advantage.
- Must be a team player, flexible, good negotiator with good written and spoken communication skills.
- Pro-active and able to take initiative to complete tasks.
- Preferably can start immediately.
