Responsibilities
- Create an employee competency training program.
- Establish and keep up a training library with information on all treatment facilities.
- Ad hoc general training should be given to new hires.
- Review the core and supplemental On-the-Job Training (OJT) materials from all departments.
- Recognize how the tools are used in the waste-treatment process.
- Attend process and environmental technology conferences and seminars.
- Attend organization meetings and raise pertinent issues.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related Engineering Major
- At least 3 years of industrial experiences in the area of analytical science, chemical engineering or environmental engineering.
- Good analytical abilities and communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Basic instructional training abilities.
