**Position**: Cost and Warranty Administrator (Automotive Industry)

**Salary**: $2,600 - $3,000 + OT

**Location**: West

**Working Hours / Days**: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for all matter related to warranty
Responsible for daily sales collection
Responsible of giving front desk support to attend booking appointment or walk-in customers
Responsible for invoicing effectively and efficiently and ensure daily closing target is met
Responsible for all matters related to the processing of warranty claims
Maintain warranty, goodwill policies and procedures according to company regulations, market needs and company requirements
Perform correct claim at correct box at S-gate for Pre-Submission
Perform claims matching and printing of warranty claim note weekly
Review bill and ask customer on form of payment he would prefer, obtain customer’s signature on invoice except for warranty
Complete payment transaction according to agreed terms before releasing vehicle
Balance daily sales collection and submit daily report including outstanding cash payment. Scan all the DCL and maintain a folder for reference purpose
Provide assistance and support to CSA, Meeter and Greeter, including assist booking of appointment and taxi booking
Provide assistance to Parts Counter payment collection
Handle all walk-in enquiries and phone enquires and advise customers the direct extension to the relevant designation colleagues to assist them
Updating of customers’ change of ownership or address
Assist updating of daily intake from all CSAs into share folder daily
Verifies customer’s signature/ identity on the gate pass before vehicle key is issued
Maintain and update filling systems
Process all warranty claims and check for accuracy before sending for validation
Prepare and verify the accuracy of goodwill requisition from CSA
Checking on daily Repair Order Reports to do sorting and filing of Repair Orders for sending down for PARADM scanning
Checking on daily booking appointment customers and no show customers to do report and filing for reference purpose
Manage and control petty cash expenses and submit for replenishment from month to month
Control issue of taxi vouchers and request replenishment from time to time
Provide administrative support at all times

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years in customer service setting
Min GCE "O" Level and above
Good understanding of warranty process and guidelines
Positive attitude
Ability to use GDMS to process claim
