About the Role:
We’re looking for a warm, knowledgeable, and proactive Front-of-House Nurse to be the face of our Vitality Hub You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients while providing expert guidance on health, wellness, and biohacking solutions. If you have a nursing background, a passion for longevity, and love connecting with people, we’d love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Support
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival.
- Provide clear and friendly guidance on our health and wellness services.
- Assist clients with booking appointments and scheduling consultations with our health experts.

Health & Wellness Advisory
- Educate clients about our supplements, including benefits, proper usage, and dosage.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in biohacking, longevity, and preventive health to provide informed recommendations.

Front Desk Operations
- Manage client inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment.
- Collaborate with the team to gather client feedback and improve our service offerings.

What We’re Looking For:
Nursing Background - Registered Nurse (RN), Enrolled Nurse (EN), or equivalent, with a solid understanding of health and wellness.

Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to explain health concepts clearly and make clients feel at ease.

Passion for Wellness & Biohacking - A genuine interest in longevity, holistic health, and cutting-edge wellness trends.

People-Oriented - Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus.

Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to multitask and manage scheduling efficiently.
