**Project** Description**:
Our Customer is a Leading bank in Asia that provides a front to back integrated platform for straight through processing and risk management.
This is a multi-year initiative where different projects run in concurrence under the program's variety milestones. These streams include new product initiatives, new entity roll-outs and regulatory compliances.
We will have key roles in projects such as managing the scope, design and delivering requirements from front to back office with Luxoft.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Business analyst role is responsible for the delivery of strategic projects or tactical changes for the bank’s treasury division.
- The role is expected to work with Business Finance and Operations users, Development Leads and project managers.
- Analyse and manage business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
- Hands-on business analysis role to analyse and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
- Capturing, specifying and documenting business requirements for implementation for the Accounting stream
- Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
- Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.
- Coordinate and validate Accounting stream testing and test cases during UATs

**Skills**:
Must have
- 5+ years of experience working in the financial industry on treasury products with relevant experience in business analysis and project implementation
- Strong understanding of Accounting concepts of below treasury products:

- Fixed Income o IR Derivatives, FX Derivatives, EQ Derivatives o FX Cash and Money market o Commodities
- Effective team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
- Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
- Proven stakeholder management skills in interactions with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels

Nice to have
- Experience working with MUREX (v3) on:

- Accounting Rules/ Filters o Simple/Dynamic/Formula Accounts o Liquidation Module o Hedge Accounting o Accounting EOD o Datamart Reports
- Understanding of Front to back Trade Life Cycle
- Understanding of Accounting Schemas for various asset class
- Strong technical background
