**Summary**
Responsible for crew recruitment, planning, mob/demob, certifications and any other crew matters within the team.
- Source new seafarers and arrange interviews for senior officers with the respective department heads.
- Contact ex-seafarers for redeployment.
- Check seafarers' certificates, including arranging medical check-ups as per Charterer's requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date seafarers' personnel files and monitor certificate and document expirations.
- Update crew planning/rotation lists and crew lists.
- Ensure crew changes are carried out promptly and in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure crew appraisal assessments are conducted, signed, and filed.
- Extend crew entry passes and ship landing passes with the Singapore Immigration authority.
- Declare immigration clearances and outward port clearances.
- Update crew articles, including signing on/off via the MPA Portal.
- Update crew personal records and certifications in the crew management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Crewing/Agency.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or marine-related trade certificates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crew management.
- Experience in the offshore or marine-related industry preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs - MS Word, MS Excel.
- Mature disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fast learner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Ship visits when required.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- offshore or marine related industry: 3 years (preferred)
- crew management: 3 years (preferred)
