**THE ROLE WITH US**
As the **Senior Marketing Specialist - Digital and Enablement**, your role is:
**Digital Marketing**
To lead the development of digital marketing strategies and a build successful digital presence.
You will use your digital marketing skills and experience to partner with our Propositions Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing - Platforms, Content Publishing and Marketing Automation in planning, managing, and optimising end-to-end digital marketing duties. You will define the overall digital marketing activities needed to improve Telstra’s online presence and optimise marketing efforts with the most ROI.
**Digital Sales Enablement**
To drive adoption rate of the sales enablement platforms, leverage data and customer insights to drive content automation and curation among the users.
You will partner with agencies such as LinkedIn, Seismic etc, to reinforce best practices and drive effectiveness of using the sales enablement platforms as tools to equip sales and marketing teams with the content, guidance, and training they need to effectively engage buyers, run marketing campaigns and increase revenue for the business.
- Some of your key responsibilities include: _
- Support the development of marketing strategies and lead the execution of marketing campaigns including optimising opportunities and overseeing the utilisation of automation technologies
- Collaborate and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we maintain our compelling brand identity in the market, deliver a cohesive narrative and maximise our economies of scale in the delivery of our digital marketing campaigns
- Use your digital marketing skills and experience to lead and support the development of overall SEO/SEM or digital marketing strategy, including social and web marketing, web analytics, paid search, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy
- Identify right SEO KPIs (monitor click rate, bounce rate, and others) and manage SEO agencies to ensure organic search optimisation and ROI maximisation
- Monitor and analyse regional marketing and business data from multiple online marketing channels
- Provide insights and action items to optimise digital marketing performance across all stages of the buying journey
- Lead monthly performance reports and projections alongside with business / marketing campaign managers
- Partner with internal digital marketing teams, propositions marketing team, and field marketing teams to pilot, execute and optimise SEO best practices
- Assist in the shaping and influencing the digital marketing strategies
- Maintain sales enablement platforms as tools to ensure easy access and drive efficiency
- Ensure knowledge transfer management of sales enablement tool best practices
**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience in:
- 5+ years of experience in related work experience digital marketing or similar role
- 5+ years of experience in managing and executing web analytics and marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing multiple digital platforms
- Passionate desire to learn and upskill in technology, data analysis and digital marketing
- Team player who can work across international teams, cultures, and different types of roles/personalities
- Appreciation for creative ideas with the ability to ensure creativity aligns to strategic objectives
- Ability to multi-task and be open to operational through to strategy tasks, ownership of projects, self-motivated and drive projects
