**Job Summary**:
The Condominium General Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas within a condominium. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Daily Cleaning Tasks**:

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in lobbies, hallways, and other common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Wipe and dust surfaces such as handrails, furniture, and windowsills.

**2. Periodic Deep Cleaning**:

- Wash and polish floors using specialized equipment.
- Clean windows, glass panels, and high-touch surfaces.
- Perform deep cleaning of specific areas, such as the gym, pool deck, or meeting rooms.

**3. Maintenance of Outdoor Areas**:

- Sweep and maintain cleanliness of car parks, walkways, and garden areas.
- Remove debris and litter from outdoor spaces.

**4. Inventory and Supplies Management**:

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Required Skills**:Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:Previous experience as a cleaner in residential or commercial properties.
