CG Artist is responsible for the creation, development, and execution of various media elements of assigned projects. This may include pre-visualisation, composition, timing studies and final media created with a variety of 3D and compositing tools.

Job Scope:

- Use an array of proprietary software tools to produce various media elements of assigned projects.
- Elevate the work with suggestions for visual improvements.
- Lighting, simple particles, simple tracking, and simple compositing might be necessary for some projects.
- Produce pre-visualization, composite, and final media with a variety of 3D and compositing tools.
- Remain up-to-date with the latest trends in the 3D industry
- Stay on schedule and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest quality of work.
- Craft and update documentation for assets
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of the graphic files.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Strong technical skills, as well as a firm understanding of graphics and production workflow.

interested and passionate about videography and the VFX industry.

Extensive working knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, and lighting.

Good working knowledge of animation, particle effects, tracking and compositing.

Good eye for detail, good art sense, good sense of timing, and thorough understanding of techniques and technologies relating to 3D in computer graphics.

Ability to learn new software/techniques quickly.

Delegate and make others accountable.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Highly adaptable to change, and feedback and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.

Making decisions and solving problems - analysing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
