Responsible for coordinating and managing the IT operations Infra function, securing an optimally functioning IT today, defining the IT infrastructure for tomorrow and rolling it out systematically, assuring support and resources for cross-departmental projects, organizing a 2nd line technical support in such a way that it contributes to the objective of quickly resolving IT incidents and keeping

stakeholders informed.

- Departmental standards and procedures
- Health, sustainability and social wellbeing (Psychosocial Workload) requirements and standards
- Security, compliance and cost frameworks and adhering to processes as defined in ISM and supporting tooling.

**SKILLS
1. **Servicedesk support **(laptop, system, Microsoft SCCM (push out standard software) & intune (recognise laptop security-monitor & compliance system)

2. **Infrastructure**: server, telephony, networking switches - upgrade, changes, maintenance

3. **Projects**:Driving global, regional, local projects (network upgrade, wifi upgrade, SAP, sharepoint, WFH set-up, HR, finance..)

4. **Engagement**: Stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Management skills
- Analytical, conceptual thinking, planning and execution skills
- Contract management, advanced knowledge
- Support processes, advanced knowledge
- Ability to comprehend current and emerging I&O technologies and practices in areas such as Cloud, Networking and telephony, Systems and datacenters
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
