We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our In-House Optometrist to perform eye examinations & dispense contact lenses. The ideal Doll will be customer orientated while possessing a passion for beauty. If you are passionate about beauty, we would love for you to be part of our Doll Team

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform eye examinations using specialised equipment to check their ocular health and
diagnose symptoms of any general health conditions or any vision defects
- Coach first time contact lens wearer and provide professional advices and solutions to
customers and patients
- Keep and maintain detailed patient records of their eye health and purchases
- Dispense and manage the inventory of contact lenses
- Issue prescription for contact lenses, displaying good product knowledge when
explaining the features of the contact lens
- Actively communicate with customers on restocked items and online order
enquiries via WhatsApp
- Create key reports to ensure data are up to date
- Assist in all other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of
the department’s activities

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum Diploma in Optometry from a recognised college
- Fully registered with OOB
- Min. 3 days a week including weekends & public holidays
- Customer oriented and able to provide viable solutions for them
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
- Holds initiative and works with a sense of urgency
- Attention to details & good communication skills
- Keen interest in beauty will be a plus
- Thrives within a team environment & works well with others - equally reliable when
working on your own initiative
