Job Summary|

Our successful hotel in the Maldives is looking for a hospitality professional with a sales mindset to assist in helping grow our hotel. You will serve as a liaison between the sales department and our owner’s referred customers to provide guests with an unforgettable experience at our hotel and attract new guests to increase our revenue. You’ll be responsible for responding to new guest inquiries, contacting potential new guests based on networking and referral leads, especially in Singapore and the Chinese community, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and previous sales experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, special events, and owners’ referrals
- Generate sales presentations and a variety of additional materials for prospective customers, highlighting event space, dining and catering services, and facility amenities
- Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding guest satisfaction for the hotel group
- Assist sales team by managing schedules dealing with collateral and sales materials, and communicating relevant information
- Handle booking & reservation arrangements, liaise with resort sales and reservation team to coordinate guest transportation, accommodation, tour & activities.
- To achieve sales target and respective KPI.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of sales success
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
- Good organization and time management skills
