**Helpdesk Support Engineers for Level 1 Sharepoint***

Job Requirements:

- IT helpdesk first-level & above support
- Managing hotline and mailbox dedicated for Sharepoint issues
- Logging of tickets for Sharepoint-related incidents into the ticketing system
- Level 1 troubleshooting and support for Sharepoint-related issues (Identify the issue, register the issue, prioritize, respond and resolve Level 1 Sharepoint-related issues)
- Escalation to the Sharepoint vendor or internal infra team for Level 2 and Level 3 support
- Good communication skills and detail in work
- Good Customer Service
- Qualification: Higher Nitec or equivalent experience: Minimum 1-year related experience
- Location: Great World City
- Contract Period: 6 months
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Commencement: ASAP
- Salary: SGD2,000 - SGD2,500

Note:

- Training and guidelines required in rendering the L1 support will be provided to the Service Desk Engineers
- Documented SOP and L2/L3 escalation matrix/contacts list
(Sharepoint Vendor and internal Infra Team) will be provided
