**JOB ROLES**
- Focus on core industry in construction(contractors), REIT customers and building owners
- Proficiency in products on material handling & warehouse solution(MHWS) products
- Develop & grow MHWS products and supporting the Sales Team

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively Identify and source for new business opportunities and develop new and existing customer
- Support the sales team for MHWS products (Dock loading systems, Doors systems, Lighting, Fans, Warehouse safety and Material handling)
- Achieving sales target and create business development plan for products
- Develop and manage key customer relationships
- Develop, track and manage new sales opportunities and pipeline
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams/department in supporting customers
- Market and competition analysis, and develop counter measures
- Compile and analyze sales figures, and develop necessary action plans
- Support material handling & warehouse solutions products and any other products assigned
- Risk analysis & deviation for NDA/contracts/agreements
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or management

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Business Management
- Valid Class 3/3A/3C/3CA driving license and compulsory with a car
- At least 3 years of industrial sales experience
- Independent and Sales & result oriented person
- Highly self-motivated, desire to acquire new knowledge, good initiative and with positive working attitude
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
- A team player, able to blend in with any groups and work successfully as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Powerpoint, Excel and Autocad
- Able to manage projects sales and product development
- High adaptability, flexible and able to adapt to new strategic plans and new roles given
- Working with construction contractors, architects and building consultants an added advantage

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- industrial sales: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (required)
