**TRAINEE PROGRAMME
Successful applicants will undergo a classroom and practical training programme to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an Aircraft Technician/Licensed Aircraft Engineer. They will be trained in the following:

- Aircraft maintenance and defect rectification.
- Understanding the usage of maintenance data, company, authority and customers’ requirements.
- Tech Records such as Release to Service certification (CRS), Approved Release Certificate (ARC), etc.
- Planning such as Continuing Airworthiness Management, managing aircraft usage and aircraft maintenance, Certificate of Airworthiness renewal, etc.
- Aviation documentation inspections and audits.
- Aviation store management such as receipt inspections, quarantine, accounting, etc.
- Ground handling such as aircraft towing, marshalling and despatch, etc.

Aircraft Technicians who perform well will have the opportunity to become Certifying Technicians and a select few may also become Licensed Aircraft Engineers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Higher Nitec in Engineering or Diploma from a Polytechnic, preferably in Engineering
- 36 months Traineeship Programme including on the job training.
- There is a Bond for this training program.
