1. Maintain and grow customer relationships and manage new customer development

2. Build your own network and sourcing new clients with our new products

3. Present our solutions to new customers with design and Specs requested from Client

4. Support our new and existing customers in collaboration with our engineering team

5. Market research and trend analysis and collaborate with our marketing team and to assist the Team to provide sales service advisor

6. Collaborate with our marketing team to facilitate our expansion plan with our JV Vendor

7. Prepare and attend trade shows and industry conferences

8. Collaborate with our marketing team to facilitate our expansion plan with our JV Vendor

9. Conduct and organise project meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors

10. Manage and prepare a clear recommendation in respect of Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and advise clients on the limitations.

11. Conduct and report to Client on the project management work and monitor of the replacement, alteration and additional work to ensure Project works complete on-time.

12. Prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports as defined by the Management and Client.

13. Manage team technician on their assigned projects work

14. Ensure technicians perform their services as per agreed KPIs

15. Manage expenditure, address to operational and administrative issues, and to ensure procedures are carried out as per our SOP.

16. Recommend and justify to follow through the variation of work orders and ensure technician follow rules and procedures

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma from an accredited college/Polytechnic
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
