DESIGNATION : Childcare - Admin

RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR and Finance

Immediate vacancy. Able to start ASAP preferred.
- To follow-up closely with parents, for the prompt payment of fees due or outstanding.
- Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and children’s attendance form, sign in/out forms.
- Manage and record (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc)
- Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
- Manage staff records eg, leaves and Over time
- Collect Fees
- Keying in new students into CMS system.
- Issue invoices and receipts.
- Any other administrative duties given by the reporting officer.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience/background in HR and Finance Administrative matters.
- With working experience in a preschool environment would be an advantage.
- Training will be provided.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- organized.
