Regional Senior Planner, Demand Management

**Core Responsibilities**- Analyze Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) performance on a weekly basis to recognize opportunities and drive cross-functional partners on both supply and demand side to enhance end consumer sales & minimizes excesses.- Reconcile supply vs demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations for new launches, production related shortages or un-forecasted demand fluctuations.- Drive allocation at Regional Distribution Centre with close collaboration across partners in Supply Chain Operations (SCO), Business Units and Global teams.- Support management of novelty launches/carryovers/exiting across SKU product life cycle to balance availability and inventory risks.- Support the Business Units in ensuring operational excellence such as Launch and Promotion Adherence, Instocks and Service (towards Customers).- Bring visibility and analysis on business risks and opportunities via performance analysis to facilitate decision-making.- Driving governance of Regional Demand Management tools and processes to ensure coherence.

This role sits within the APAC China Supply Chain Operations Demand Management team and will be a BU Buddy to one of the BUs in APAC Market Group.

We connect the dots to balance demand and supply by driving cross-functional consensus across the operational horizon though collective processes and governance. As markets are at different maturity levels, You will need to show strong analytical approach and influencing skills to handle both regional and local BU market needs.

**Do you have what it takes**:
- A degree is not a prerequisite but preferred in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.- 5 years of work experience in demand and supply management.- Strong analytical & problem solving skills with the ability to identify risk and opportunities and proactively put in place rectifying measures.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to simplify, synthesize and convince.- Business oriented, paying attention to details, ability to analyse, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate actions in response to data.- Possess a thorough and organized approach with strict time demand and deadlines.- Strong partner influencing skills, able to bring diverse and constructive view points together.- Experienced using IT as an enabler for increased performance, working with Power BI, SAP, advanced Excel & other digital tools.- Takes initiative and proactive in driving continuous improvement.- Thrives in a role that is dynamic and where changes are seen as opportunities and a natural part of a growing business, have a curious approach outside own functional area.
