As the Center Administrator, you will work closely with the Center Directors/Principal in supporting the full spectrum of administrative work in a childcare setting.

**Your duties / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- **
- data management and upkeep of enquiry list
- managing monthly menu, grocery order and budget
- providing support in Finance and Human Resource, in the areas of
- accounts payable and receivables
- invoicing and monthly billing and collection of school fees
- checking payments and issuing receipts
- managing staff claims
- verifying and filing subsidy reports in CMS
- claiming of govt-paid childcare leave and maternity leave
- renewal of agreements and policies with suppliers
- arranging for interviews and collating proper HR documents
- inventory tracking and management
- liasing with external vendors, caterers, HQ for the procurement of stationary, school merchandise and other products as and when necessary
- managing centre's social media accounts

**You should possess the following skill sets:

- **
- an effective communicator as you will need to liaise with internal staff, customers and suppliers
- a meticulous individual with an eye for details
- highly organised with proper and neat filing and documentation skills
- IT savvy and able to troubleshoot basic IT problems
- Proficient in MS Office tools, sharepoint, social media marketing

You should possess at least 3 to 4 years of experience providing administrative support to senior level management.

You will report directly to the Center Director(s) in discharging all duties requiring Finance and HR support.

You are tech-savy and familiar with using a suite of tools such as Microsoft Office and social media platforms such as IG, Facebook, etc.
