**Summary**:
The Senior iNet Engineer will maintain and enhance network infrastructure, focusing on firewalls, proxies, and load balancers. The role involves designing, deploying, and documenting solutions while ensuring availability, scalability, and compliance with the organization's standards. The engineer will work closely with regional and global teams to deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and upgrade the corporate investment banking network, including connectivity to other offices, exchanges, colocation sites, and clients.
- Design, deploy, and document network and security solutions for firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and related equipment.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs that meet availability, stability, scalability, and security standards.
- Collaborate with the central architecture team on proof-of-concept initiatives, evaluations, and tests, ensuring alignment with regional constraints.
- Understand regional business requirements and coordinate with central engineering teams to develop solutions adhering to global infrastructure standards.Gather, define, document, and communicate business requirements to relevant stakeholders, overseeing the implementation of solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge of network architecture design, implementation, and support.
- Hands-on experience deploying network and security equipment, including wireless infrastructure, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, F5 LTM, McAfee proxy, and Cisco ISE, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong technical background in managing Checkpoint and Fortinet firewalls.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, and ServOne.
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework.Proficiency in managing IT-related projects, including proposal writing, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

**Qualifications**:

- CCSA/CCSE or CNE-4/CNE-5 certifications (minimum requirement).
- 5+ years of experience in firewall, proxy, and F5 deployment, with at least 2 years in the finance industry.
- Expertise in exchange connectivity and trading network security infrastructure.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with PMI methodology.
