Singapore C.A.W. GAMES INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Full time

This position is a 70% marketing, 30% creative position, most of the time you will be required to do marketing, but there are times we might need video work done on new characters, cards or game launches, especially for landing pages on Kickstarter for instance, when you will be needed for the creative part of this job.

**The Creative part**:
You will also be handling the post-production of the videos as well.

**The Marketing part**:
The marketing part is the most crucial job on your side, you will be required to help us gain a market following of hopefully 1000 subscribers, before the project launch date on Kickstarter.

**Job Description Breakdown**:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for pre-launch, launch and post-launch campaigns for games.

Gaining a market following for our many games.

Implementing marketing plans for company products.

Stay active and create engaging content on social media (e.g. Facebook Post, Instagram Reels, Tiktok, etc.).

Establish market presence and ensure success of Kickstarter campaigns.

Collaborate with the product team to position and promote products to maximise KPI.

Stay abreast of emerging tools and platforms, games marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.

A plus point if you are also willing to contribute fresh ideas during the brainstorming process, as we are a company making board games and digital games.

Last but not least, you must have a love for board games and video games. A passion for anime, comics, manga or at least a few of them will be favourable on your part.

As we are a small company, you will be required to take on roles/tasks that you might not have any experience in. But we will work it out together if there are any hiccups along the way. We all learn together.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Marketing, Information Technology, or Media or Creative relevant field.

At least 1 year of working experience in marketing, preferably in IT/games industry.

Creative and strategic thinker.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, video editing.

In-depth knowledge of up-to-date worldwide games industry trends.
