Lendlease Singapore is currently looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our investment management team.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and implement asset strategy, medium term asset plan and financial budgets for the retail assets
- Identify, conceptualise, develop and execute asset enhancement initiatives through innovation and teamwork
- Active asset management, centre positioning and strategic tenancy mix to maximise the attractiveness and value of the retail assets
- Lead, motivate and coordinate with various functional teams including centre management, leasing and marketing to ensure consistent high quality asset performance
- Evaluate the commercial viability of capex projects, preparation of the reports and its presentation for approval
- Analyse and review asset performance and valuation, and prepare reporting documents for owners’ requirement
- Involve in the evaluation of new asset acquisition and opportunities
