This role is pivotal in overseeing key IT projects, conducting solution evaluations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the delivery of effective, secure, and cost-efficient technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Management Office (PMO):

- Drive governance, standardization, and project reporting across multiple technology initiatives.
- Coordinate project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across business units and IT teams.
- Prepare executive dashboards and stakeholder reports.
- Technology & Solution Consulting:

- Participate in technology and solution assessments, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.
- Evaluate and recommend enterprise-grade IT solutions that align with regulatory, security, and business requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and technical due diligence.
- Business Systems Analysis:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate functional/non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into solution specifications.
- Support testing, UAT coordination, and implementation planning.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with external vendors for product evaluation, pricing negotiation, and implementation planning.
- Facilitate technical and commercial assessments for vendor solutions.
- Act as the liaison between IT and business units.
- Budgeting & Financial Planning:

- Assist in annual IT budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure cost-effective allocation of IT resources across initiatives.Track vendor invoicing and project-related expenditures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in technology project management, consulting, or business analysis roles in a financial institution or enterprise environment.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT architecture, project governance, and IT solution evaluation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working across business and technical teams.
- Proven experience in vendor evaluation, solution implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in budgeting and cost planning for IT projects is preferred.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / CBAP / TOGAF certification is advantageous.
