**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Conduct lessons to adult learners and carry out all relevant responsibilities related to the teaching role.
- Design, prepare and develop documents such as lesson plans and assessment descriptors as well as teaching resources/materials
- Assess and evaluate student assignments and their academic performances

**What we are looking for**
- Possess passion and strong interest to share knowledge & mentor adult learners
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior teaching and facilitation experience, both in-person and virtual learning preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant BE related Degree e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Civil Engineering / Environment/Sustainability Engineering, Project & Facilities Management
- With at least 5 years of relevant industry experience in IDD/BIM, Computational BIM or Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)
Experience with any of the following:

- Application of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) methodology to site works
Familiar with any of the following:

- 5D BIM Quantity Takeoff software (eg. CostX, Glodon, etc)
- BIM for Design Analysis (Quality Assurance and Buildability)
- Computer coding using Python
- Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Principles of Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) / Product and Process Management (PPM) and Metrics
