Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst with Myer Gold, you will acquire a good working knowledge of investment products, portfolio management and private banking operational matters. Your responsibilities include:
**Operations - Portfolio Management**:
1.Work closely with Financial Analyst Team to support CIO on portfolio management;
2.Update our proprietary software on a weekly/ad-hoc basis;
3.Prepare portfolio and market performance reports on a weekly/ad-hoc basis;
4.Track and monitor cash position in client portfolio;
5.Track funds update and performance;
6.Track and check orders and trades commission;
7.Assist in preparation of quarterly client review presentations;
8.Generate factsheet for our in-house fund;
9.Monitor capital calls for private equity investments;
10.Monitor investment performance including but not limited to performance analysis, preparation of charts and presentation decks under tight timeline.

**Accounts and Client Support**:
11.Provide accounting support for the office and work with external accountants in financial statements preparation;
12.Provide general client service and team support;
13.Back up to compliance officer;
14.Other adhoc tasks assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree Fresh Graduates, or Diploma with few years working experience;
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure;
- Detail-oriented, careful, and able to deliver accurate work under tight timeline.
- Mature, well-organised, able to work both independently and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge in accounting is an advantage.
- Starting Salary for Full Time: To be discussed
- Working hours: 9am -6pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
