**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Administration**
- Responsible to ESH, Lead and Programme Manager in all matters pertaining to the administration and programme planning of ESH On-site services

**Service Delivery**
- Assist the Programme Manager in programme planning and delivery which include developing / implementing activities that are evidence-informed and clinical relevance for clients and families
- Train and assist clients in community living, social and emotional wellbeing, physical maintenance and vocational activities
- Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the clients
- Plan client’s training programmes and conduct 6 monthly client evaluations
- Plan small group activities, updating clients’ progresses and maintaining statistics, etc

**Other Duties**
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

**JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT**
- At least and ‘O’ Level/ ‘A’ Level/ITE Certification from a recognised educational institution
- Relevant experience in the fields of Special Education or Social Services is preferred especially in the area of autism
- Experience in Community Service with exposure to youths/adults with disabilities is an added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Demonstrate a commitment to and an understanding of social inclusion as well as the values associated with promoting independence
- Patient, positive and passionate about working with adults with disabilities
- Strong commitment of care towards adults with disabilities and a positive mindset towards their development and growth
- Self-motivated and keen to develop professionally
- Work effectively both as an individual and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Able to work in the evenings, Saturdays and/or Sundays
