Job summary

Our team’s mission is to look around corners for what will be meaningful for Amazon customers in the future. We obsess over ideas, activities, and trends that could be differentiating for customers. We bring those ideas to team's across Amazon to ideate and invent.

Responsibilities include: - Perform in-depth analyses and deliver key insights in business, customer experience, and technology areas
- Make recommendations based on insights to drive actions that impact Amazon customers
- Deliver projects in a complex and ambiguous environment, and collaborate with peers and stakeholders
- Own and execute end-to-end analyses, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership
- Work with our most senior leaders to determine meaningful investment areas
- MBA or Master’s Degree
- Degree in economics, business, finance, computer science, engineering, or research sciences
- Experience in quantitative analysis and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and facilitation skills
- Experience in engaging and influencing technical and business decision makers
- A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives
- Willingness to travel if required (travel restrictions and health conditions permitting)
- Mandarin Chinese language fluency preferred to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
