**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you have the following skills and experience, but not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer science, engineering, financial, or other.
- At least 7 years professional experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Lean and Six Sigma methodology with evidence of successful outcomes.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Experienced workshop facilitator of process optimisation, standardisation, systematic problem solving etc., preferably also online.
- A keen eye for identifying waste vs. value adding and understanding how to design for RFT (Right first time) and flow.
- Data analysis and visualisation, high understanding of KPIs and performance management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, required to work across numerous business stakeholders globally.
- A global mindset - experienced in working with continuous improvements in a larger organisation of comparable size and complexity.
- Specific technical skills in:

- Process flow tools such as LucidChard, Visio or other.
- Excel Advanced user e.g Pivot Tables
- Data visualisation tools like Power BI, QlikView or other.
- Prepared to travel as our client has offices and vessels globally.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Analyse business requirements and identify value-adding activities for design of best practice processes.
- Ensure future processes are designed and documented (swim lanes) in close collaboration with process owner and IT product leads, enabling future solution development to be in alignment with the desire for optimised, simplified, standardised and if possibly automated processes
- Perform “go to gemba” to conduct process confirmation and ensure hands on implementation in the organisation.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for waste reduction, process simplification, leverage and automation
- Define and develop, in collaboration with process owner and BI Manager, KPIs to effectively follow up on initiatives such as implementation of new system functionalities and/or process standards.

**REMUNERATION PACKAGE**
A market-related salary based on the level of responsibility for this role is on offer.
