The post is to support: -NUS ILO's Graduate Research Innovation Programme (GRIP) which aims to promote and support graduate students and researchers led start-up creation in NUS Commercialisation of inventions developed by NUS research communities, through developing partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders within and outside NUS

**Responsibilities**:
Serve as Programmer Manager to manage NUS GRIP - a deep tech new venture creation programme. Oversee the administration, finance and procurement requirements of the programme. Assist the Programme Head in carrying out his or her responsibilities, including but not limited to day-to-day management, curriculum administration, budgets, operations, marketing and outreach, mentor management and liaison functions. Develop technology translation and commercialisation partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders of Singapore innovation ecosystem. These include NUS faculty and students, government agencies, funding entities, industry technology seekers, accelerators and related new venture creating entities. Coordinating communications, marketing and public relations efforts in conjunction with corporate partner and NUS marketing teams. Identify and scout for deep tech projects of high innovation and start-up potential.Qualifications

Degree Holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience of working with start-ups, investors, research institutes, researchers or technology innovators is critical. Passionate about entrepreneurship. Good experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders. Good understanding of start-up ecosystem and strong network with innovation communities locally or overseas will be an added advantage. Demonstrate strong skills in project management, communication and presentation. Possess strong leadership and people skills. Is driven, entrepreneurial and resourceful.
