**What You Will Do**:

- Research new investment ideas, building investment themes or models
- Stay updated on developments across capital markets to help in idea generation across strategies and themes for Arta’s Micro Indexes
- Monitor existing investments, including providing regular updates to the team, highlighting key matters to the Investment Committee and re-evaluating our original investment thesis and making timely recommendations
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses on our investment strategies and leading discussions on portfolio innovations including portfolio construction, trade structuring and risk management
- Lead the creation of financial education/investment content and other marketing materials that gets shared with our members
- Provide commentary and investment insights that articulates Arta’s perspectives on investment themes, strategies and allocations decisions.

**Who You Are**:

- At least 5-7 years of asset allocation/portfolio management/research experience
- Strong expertise in Equities (particularly the US markets) demonstrated by a well-defined and consistent investment process, with demonstrated success in investment performance.
- Outstanding technical proficiency with a clear understanding of investment strategies and their implications
- Strong operational understanding and familiarity with tactical trading or risk mitigation overlays
- Good practical knowledge of using GenAI and LLMs in content generation would be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills. Outstanding reputation as a great teammate.
- Be highly motivated, intellectually curious and an independent thinker who is able articulate his/her views well, both in verbal and written form
