
Reservation Supervisor

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage the reservations team
- To effectively and efficiently answer telephone calls and related functions
- To charge accurately for bookings
- Providing customer services by handling queries related to reservations
- Support operation in event planning and coordination
- Support some sales activities
- Interface between operational staffs, suppliers and customers
- Manage and follow-up on customer requests and issues
- Maintain regular contact / rapport in understanding and anticipating customers
- To provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every client’s request
- To handle overseas booking
- Maintain good guest relations with members and business partners at all times
- Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external customers
- File all relevant documents and booking faxes into the appropriate files
- Take ownership of problem; handle members’ complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to the superior
- Any assigned duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
**IDEAL ATTRIBUTES**:
- Positive work attitude & team player
- Meticulous and detailed minded
- Well groomed with good discipline
- Passion in customer service & interpersonal skills are a must
- Fluent in English (proficiency in other foreign languages will be advantage)
- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends & public holidays (No night shift required)
- Preferably have working experience in the Airport and / or Hospitality industry

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
