The Monetization team at Meta creates meaningful connections between people and businesses. Whether we are helping a small shop grow, or strengthening the communities of the world's leading brands, our solutions empower businesses around the world, create millions of jobs, and connect people with products and services they will love.The Business Messaging product organization is responsible for the company-wide vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution around our mission of becoming the primary way that people and businesses communicate. A core part of our business model centers around Click-to-Message ads, which is one of the fastest growing monetization areas at the company and an important part of our Business Messaging flywheel. A critical part of our strategy to grow Click-to-Message ad revenue is by moving down funnel and driving outcomes directly inside the thread (e.g. native cart, catalog and checkout). This both helps deliver a better business and user experience and also creates opportunities to grow ads signals, improving the return on investment for our advertisers. This represents a multi-billion dollar revenue opportunity for our Click-to-Message ads business.

**Product Management Leader Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
- 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
- 6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a consumer focused technology company
- Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
