Personal Trainer

We are looking for enthusiastic, results-driven and inspiring personal trainers to join our growing RD Fitness team
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate client’s fitness level and skill set to plan sustainable goals
- Customize an effective exercise/nutrition plan tailored to client’s need
- Monitor clients progress in strength training, always ensuring proper form and safety
- Adjust client personalized plans as goals are achieved
- Responsible for the end to end client life cycle & retains clients
- Follow all health and safety regulations when working with equipment
- Attend scheduled team meetings, joint-workouts, mentorships, and team building activities
- Be a fitness role model to your client to help them achieve their desired fitness goals
- Demonstrates and guides clients on exercise regime and around the gym
**Requirements**:
- Preferred with a background in physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, functional training and/or other relevant programs including PT certifications from ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA & FISAF
- Valid certification in BCLS, CPR and First Aid with AED
- Highly energetic individuals with a strong enthusiasm for the fitness industry
- A team player who is coachable & open to collaborate to grow with the company
- Hungry to learn & thrives on accountability; provides a high level of performance towards clients
- Prior knowledge of teaching and the ability to design fitness programmes
- Ability to guide and motivate clients; mission & purpose driven
- Professional, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Rehabilitation, special population and nutrition background are a plus
