Mask Network is a portal that allows users to seamlessly send encrypted messages, cryptocurrencies, and even DApps (Defi, NFTs, DAO) over the top of social networks without migrating, thereby creating a decentralized Applet(DApplet) ecosystem. In short, we want to bridge the New, Open Internet right on top of the current one.

Mask Network has raised $50 million in the past. **What you will be working on**:

- Produce images and layouts to be posted on social media
- Ideate and produce templates to accompany social media posts
- Craft original and iconic creative concepts in response to the Marketing team’s briefs, objectives, or goals
- Build flows and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using digital rendering tools or by hand
- Responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions
- Manage projects from concept through to completion, working with in-house creatives, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to build and propagate iconic brand elements
- Ensure consistency of design elements on Mask’s branding on public-facing graphics across various media including social media, EDMs, and banners

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in digital rendering
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaign ideas
- A creative eye with experience in developing and evolving content and brand strategies
- Experience in a multimedia content marketing role, with direct hands-on responsibility with a variety of content deliverables
- Have experience in product design and UI across a variety of platforms including web and desktop
- Experience designing and maintaining UI components for web platforms experience with mockup and prototyping tools: Sketch, Framer, Principle, Figma, Invision.
- Experience with Tech and Web3 companies is a plus
- Always on the lookout for synergies both in and outside of the Mask ecosystem.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- You have a keen interest in Digital Identities and privacy
- Being conversant in Mandarin is a plus, in order to communicate effectively with colleagues in shanghai
