**An ICT Security Governance and Compliance Officer is required to**:

- Ensure compliance with the Government and Company’s security policies and mandates;
- Work with CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) to enforce security compliance;
- Ensure smooth security incident management;
- Oversee (tracking) closure of follow-up actions for security non-compliance;
- Track and manage audit cycles;
- Implement security initiatives;
- Ensure end user awareness on security;
- Consolidate security needs and implement those security requirements;
- Validate security remediation solutions proposed for security scan;
- Manage access control and perform systems log review;
- Review, identify and develop IT security policies, standards, SOPs relevant to the Government’s and Company’s security policies and mandates; and
- Manage the security incident management process;
**Basic Requirement**
- Tertiary Education in relevant fields
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in full security audit cycle or review security remediation;
- Good understanding of various security scanning tools;
**Additional Requirement**
- Certification in CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CCAK (Certificate of Cloud Auditing Knowledge) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage;
- Certification in Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or any other relevant professional certifications.
- Knowledge and experience in the Security domain category
- Experience in security and data incident management
- Experience in crafting security policies, standards and procedures.
- Experience in log reviews & in conducting security awareness briefings and trainings
- Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and ICT governance processes
