**1. Role Description**

This position reports to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of everyday operations of the cleaning maintenance company.

He / She will also provide update to ensure the project is able to be deliver on time as per client's requirements and to report arising technical, materials and other issues and solving them together with the Operations Manager.

**2. Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:

- Oversee and manage daily operations on site.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors and other stakeholders
- Supervise staff and ensure safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting.
- Hands-on team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Any other works assigned by company.

**3. Competencies**
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
- Decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
