**Executive/Snr Executive, People Development**

Reporting to the People Development (PD) Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives and programmes to build people capabilities. You will deliver effective and timely operational and management support to the PD team.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage the operational and administrative aspects of L&D initiatives and programmes, including overseas training trips
- Support and implement learning needs analysis, learning plans and monitor the utilization of training places and budget
- Manage the learning management system
- Initiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Generate L&D dashboards and reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Social Science/Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Adult Learning & Performance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in L&D or talent development
- Able to work well in a team, and with external stakeholders and senior management
- Able to handle and prioritise concurrent tasks, plan ahead and manage time to achieve results with mínimal supervision
- Experience in stand-up training, facilitation or instructional design would be advantageous
