The PH Asia Pacific Data Analyst (contract) oversees the Global Standards ensuring that it is fit for today and the future expectations of being “ **always on **” to bring heightened visibility of how the region executes. This individual will ensure that all current (ACE, 360 Coach & HutBot) & future systems operate from a single source of truth as well as having appropriate tools within SSAM so that all can be accessed via a SSO (Single Sign-On).

This individual will take a data driven approach to ensure that our standards and measurement of them continues to evolve so that we have a system that drives the customer experience. This includes utilizing exceptional influencing skills to build relationships with external vendors and the BMUs to ensure that we have the necessary visibility and reporting in place to drive adoption of these tools across the global.
- Liaise with the Food Innovation & Technology (FIT) and QA team to have an aligned and unified global set of standards that all other tools feed from
- Be the key liaison with markets and lead the relationship with NextX, who oversees the 3rd Party ACE and 360 Coach platform to ensure we have a data rich tool that meets the needs of the Business and 3rd party auditing companies
- Define strategy and support market teams to get to ‘Always On’ ACE and support the Pizza Hut Digital Venture (PHDV) HutBot Team and 3rd party technology vendors (Vision & IOT) with clear requirements for what a solution must replace
- Complete detailed analysis of Audit / visit results to ensure we have a clear understanding of what is driving under performance and needs to be addressed
- Ensure all Global Ops tools are accessible via SSO by working with internal and external vendors
- Extend the 360 Coach platform to add other relevant visit types for ASL’s to support enhanced execution in the field
- Support training and education of market teams on getting the full value
- Other related duties as directed

**Qualifications**
- Degree holder with 5+ years of relevant job experience with emphasis on Brand standards, 3rd party vendor management and project management
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (managing large data files, vlookups, pivot tables, breakeven calculations), Powerpoint Presentations and creating dashboards.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Quantitative and analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
