**Role & Responsibilities**
- Provide customer support for our Company’s products such as handling their enquiries with tact and courtesy.
- Perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs of our Company products.
- Offer aftersales solutions and training to customers on product features, configuration, usage and maintenance.
- Proactive in informing customers of additional product and services we offer.
- Handle all essential resources, materials and equipments for effective and efficient delivery.

**Key Competencies**
- Good level of customer service experience.
- Good communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.

**Qualification**:

- NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer-related or equivalent discipline.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Manual).
