As the **Supply Chain Engineer Test Equipment and Collaterals**, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Designing and synchronizing the networks and processes that move raw materials and supplies into production facilities, transform them into finished goods, and distribute products to customer markets.
- Working with suppliers to define requirements and holds suppliers accountable for their manufacturing process flow to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, and manufacturability requirements.
- Conducting studies relative to cost control, process control, and production yield and implementing plans and programs to optimize the supply chain.
- Driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution.
- Defining material inspection metrology and methodology.
- Driving continuous process and quality improvements.
- Business acumen, technical depth, organization savvy, and networking skills to achieve results across multiple groups and disciplines.
- Comfortable leading multi-discipline, complex programs, and teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excel at relationship and coalition-building with key stakeholders.
- Communication skills to build relationships and drive change across the company and with suppliers.
- Analyze, interpret and present complex information in a simple and easy-to-understand format.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, and/or 9+ years of applied experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.
- Technology and Development (TD), Global Supply Chain (GSC), and/or Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM) experience.
- Experience leading supplier development and accelerating supplier integration into Intel business processes and systems.
- Printed Circuit Board Design and Layout experience or Mechanical Design experience.
- Class Test, System Level Test, and/or Burn-in Test.
- Previous experience with:

- Assessing supplier technology, manufacturing capabilities, and quality systems to drive selection.
- Driving schedules and facilitating project execution.
- Data Analysis.
- Influencing suppliers and technical and commercial leaders.
