**Job Responsibility**
- Develop and integrate the organization’s philanthropy strategy with the broader organizational strategy.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to align donor pipelines and strategies.
- Drive the donor engagement strategy, providing support to Leaders and Trustees.
- Create, manage, and oversee the donor pipeline to ensure effective donor cultivation and stewardship.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Philanthropy teams to produce compelling proposals and impact reports for donors.
- Identify opportunities for and manage cultivation and stewardship events in coordination with the Corporate Services team.
- Target and identify relevant events for Leaders and Trustees to attend for pipeline cultivation.
- Partner with the Head of Fund Administration to enhance existing systems and processes for donor pipeline management and grantee funding oversight.
- Manage and oversee all donor and grantee paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work across teams to ensure efficient information flow regarding donor management and grantee partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with new donors, including corporate and individual donors, by delivering high-quality cultivation and stewardship services.
- Oversee and maintain relationships with existing donors across the portfolio.

**Job Requirement**
- Possess Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or in business development.
- Proven ability to develop donor engagement and income strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and diplomacy skills.
- Strong writing skills with a proven track record of successful funding bids. Experience in building and maintaining fundraising pipelines and managing grant and donor paperwork.
